Check your pop-up blocker. When I added a pop-up blocker it was seeing the new window as a pop-up, so I had to "approve" it so that it would continue to work.

I have had that same problem from time to time. It seems to come and go. I think it was my computer though. I can't remember if it has happened since I got this new computer or not.
