Saturday: Get Ripped (1+ hour) Since I'm not able to get all the way through this workout, I use WATP moves to fill in the areas where I need to take a rest from the squats and lunges. It ends up being a nice variety of weight training, lower body and ab toning and cardio.
Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Wednesday 22 minutes on the bike for 4 miles. Wednesday pm 1 hour yoga class done. Thursday 1 hour water aerobics done.

I skipped my water aerobics class. I may try to make it up on Wednesday.

This morning I got up and did my 1 mile WATP. So in the past 7 days, I've exercised 6 days! YAY! I'm back in the groove, and I WILL stay in it My plan for tomorrow is to get up and start my bread and pizza doughs, and then do the 2 mile WATP OR 1 mile WATP and another exercise show either on DVD or from Tivo. Since tomorrow is my baking day, I seriously doubt that I will do PE with the kids tomorrow....will probably let them do pilates on their own without me.

1 hour of active weeding. Much kneeling, bending and squatting was involved.
1 25 minute walk.
