Well, this morning I got up and got Don off to work and intended on exercising, but I can't find my WATP dvd! I have a feeling my girls used it, and put it away somewhere other than where it belongs. So I'm praying that I will get to exercise today! I weighed in this morning and am showing the same weight as last week. I will tell you I am rather disappointed, BUT I wasn't nearly as diligent and purposeful in healthy living this past week as I had been the couple of weeks before that.....and the scale showed it! So it helped me to realize that this isn't a part-time endeavor....I have to be full time "on" (not meaning I can't have a slice of healthy chocolate cake here and there, or enjoy my homemade ice cream on occasion....but it does mean that I need to be diligent in getting in ALL of my veggie servings each day, and that I need to be diligent in exercising every day which are both areas that I slacked off on last week....and less veggies means more room for higher calorie, not as healthy foods.....which is exactly what filled their place). I'm glad that I had this realization today, and I'm going to move forward with that, and have fun with it!

So today's plan is:

Exercise (as long as I can find my DVD!)

Breakfast: blueberry muffin
coffee with skim milk
egg white omelet with spinach and pesto....YUMMMYYYYYYYY .....and so wonderful for only 1.5 points!

Lunch:
1/2 natural turkey sandwich (it is leftover from lunch on Sunday)
big green salad with a homemade vinaigrette

Snack:
1/2 cup trail mix (it is all nuts and dried fruits)
OR
hard boiled egg and an orange

Dinner:
baked falafel on wraps (because I haven't gotten pitas made yet)
tabouli salad
green salad
fresh raw veggies and hummus

Blessings,

Lori

Lori,
Your post really, really helped me get back on track this week after some sloppy eating. I also have stuff to say and write, but I have been working too much and hope to get back here to post more.

Thanks for your post. I nodded my head as I read. I know I deserve this type of time and attention.
