And I’m really happy for you for holding that number for a week. That is significant. And I wanted to say CONGRATS! And even if we don’t always agree or sometimes there are misunderstandings and hurt feelings, I’m really happy for you… and love you, too.
Thank you, Ms. D.

Losing and keeping off 8-9 pounds isn’t all from being sick. We’ve all experienced weight loss that wasn’t exactly intentional… either from being ill or moving or whatever. Hey life isn’t always fair… but sometimes it isn’t fair in our favor! But also losing and keeping off that amount of weight isn’t ALL accident, and you need to give yourself a LOT of credit. Don’t down play the accomplishment or chalk it all up to the move or being ill.
And I also know how rewarding breaking thru the 160’s or 150’s or some significant number can be. And I’m really happy for you for holding that number for a week. That is significant. And I wanted to say CONGRATS! And even if we don’t always agree or sometimes there are misunderstandings and hurt feelings, I’m really happy for you… and love you, too.

I'm down below 160 again today, which was a nice thing to see. I know in my heart that it's not realistic to keep off 5-6 pounds of sick weight without pretty drastically changing my eating, but considering I was weighing 8-9 pounds more 1 1/2 months ago than I am now, I can live with that.

Due to pregnancy nausia, I've gone down a few more pounds since the last time I posted. I'm sure it will all begin to pack on next trimester. Until then I'm trying to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day and hopefully avoid gestational diabetes this time. Today my scale says 233.5, but the doctors said 242. Of course that is early morning w/o clothing, vs. afternoon and fully clothed and fed.
