With this being Thanksgiving week, would you mind if we posted our weight on Wednesday and Saturday this week? That extra support would be helpful. There would be less temptation to overdo it on Thanksgiving knowing we'll be posting our weight on Saturday. I'm in the group that does not want to gain weight over the holidays. So, will the Wednesday regulars join me in this...and anybody else who wants that extra support this weekend?
I like this idea, too. I don't usually post on the Wednesday weigh-in, because my weight hasn't changed for so long. But if I have some accountability for at least keeping it in the same range through a Thanksgiving dinner with the in-laws, I might do better.
I'll be out of town, too, through Monday, so I won't be able to participate, but I think it's an excellent idea to give yourself that extra layer of accountability!
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.
