Sorry, I would loved to have done that but I was gone to the grocery store at that time. Wednesday is senior discount day at Publix.
1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)

Wish I could, Steph, as my place definitely needs it, but I'm at work.
Summer Se7en Challenge Goals: 1. Add back core & toning work + weight work 1X each per week to start. 2. Tackle the Sugar Monster--Have a sugar free mint after lunch and dinner, wait 20 minutes, and reassess the need for a sweet treat.
