We're back . The indian festival almost got rained out but the weather finally cleared around noon. Unfortunately we were unable to hang around long enough in the afternoon to see any dancing. I bought a hand made poncho. I will post a photo later. “There is a road in the hearts of all of us, hidden and seldom traveled, which leads to an unknown secret place.” www.spirit7thfire.com

Have a great time Judy.
My five year of maintenance revelation: I am in the driver's seat when it comes to food and I'm a h*ll of a good driver.

sounds like a really exciting weekend!
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.

Have a great time with your family. I hope you can get a little support for the situation with your mother.
