The scale was down again this morning, and I'm feeling better and better. Self efficacy is back and the feeling of, "Oh I know how to do this!"

Thanks for hanging with me as I, not so quietly, flipped out about being on track for 2 weeks and gained 2 lbs. STILL, don't know WHAT was up with that... but a good lesson in hanging in there and some weeks are just WEIRD, and no explanation.

Have my "to do list" plugged into Fitday, and with big band practice, should have about a 2300-2400 2200 calorie burned day. Planning on eating about 1600-1700.

Ha ha!That's funny. I read this and thought to myself, your friend is surely more than 200-300 extra calories if you are having her all by yourself.
I think that means it's time to go to bed.

Ha ha!That's funny. I read this and thought to myself, your friend is surely more than 200-300 extra calories if you are having her all by yourself.

I ended up burning 2256 and eating 1610 calories.

Just plugged my final foods in. I am at 1670 for today. Seems good. I had a great time with my friend.

I'm going to be at 1350 today and I got in 8 miles and a weight workout. Still trying to keep the calories low before vacation.

I did 30 minutes of exercise this AM and am staying active today.
