| I think folic acid is a B vitamin. If you see you are getting you B's throughout the day/week, I bet you are ok.
It would likely be part of a multiple vitamin too. |

I don't know. SparkPeople tracks it. They call it folate. Same thing. The symptoms of folic acid deficiency are: "Loss of appetite, and weight loss can occur. And can't remember the last time I lost my appetite. And God knows I can be irritating... but I guess that is a little different than "irritable".  And for whatever it is worth... I've found SparkPeople.com easier to track food than Fitday. Fitday seems better for tracking activity... or sleep and lack of activity. But I like SparkPeople better for food.
