Got these in my Whole Foods email newsletter. You know I am not a recipe gal but these looked SO good I thought I'd share.

Shrimp & Snow Pea Stirfry (Sounds relatively healthy)

Tropical Fruit Stir Fry with Ice Cream (this one is high in satfat but sounds delectable for a special treat--birthday or something)

Rest of Summer Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were!
4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I probably wouldn't use shrimp either because I'm not much of a seafood eater. I'd probably use pork tenderloin or chicken breast. Let me know how it comes out--it sure sounds yummy!

I got the same email, and am doing the shrimp and snow pea stirfry for dinner tonight, but I'm using turkey tenderloin instead of shrimp because I don't haave any shrimp right now, and I have the turkey Smiler

We are trying really hard to clean out the pantry and freezer so that I can defrost the freezer and clean it all out (and save some money this month!). Smiler

Blessings,

Lori
