I have so much in me just to push myself out of the regular workout I do at the gym. I wanted to see if anyone would be up for creating some sort of May/summer challenge to get me out of this.

I leave for a girls trip to Vegas in 3 weeks and would like to look as toned as possible. I've been lax with my strength training since the weather has been nicer and have been doing mostly cardio. I need to add back my strength training on top of the cardio and keep my food clean - lots of veggies, fruits, lean protein and complex carbs only! That means I'm on a self imposed no wine and no dessert until I leave.

i am pretty good at goal setting for my workouts. i am doing more mileage now on my runs. but i still need help with food. the notorious munchies!!!! grab this. crunch on that. run here, run there. grab and consume! that is where i need help!
