Sounds a little outrageous to me, but it does make some sense.

Blessings,

Let m e offer this suggestion. I never used more than salt and pepper to flavor my foods before healthy eating, maybe onions and possibly garlic salt. But I have since opened the door to many new spices and herbs that have made the eating event much more exciting....adding more flavor, and thus making it more pleasureable.

It's never too late to get it right.

It makes sense, as do most diet plans, it is sticking to them or being able to prepare the suggested foods etc that make them difficult. I remember reading something in a book about auyerveda that suggested preparing meals that will satisfy all tastes: sweet, salty, bitter, etc. or you will continue to crave whatever was missing so I think I will put a chocolate chip cookie on my plate with my dinner each night Big Grin

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

When I went to see my nutritionist for the first time, she talked about eating habits and mentioned that the last bite does not taste as good as the first and I have to say I have been paying attention to my eating habits and to how satisfied I have been with my meals. there is some validity to this. I am more than a bit apprehensive to base my "diet" on this though. I just see this as another fad diet that is on the market. There is actually a website out there that will walk you through making your own fad diet. All it takes is a base fact or notion based on a study and it will help you create a diet.

Amazing!

Enjoy every minute!

I don't know...I've seen people eat huge bowls of pasta, which is the exact same flavor over and over again...

It sounds a bit hokey to me.
