Thank you, Lori! It's good to hear from you.

Goals for March:
1. Get some art up on the walls.
2. Do at least 1 day of intentional exercise a week (to start).

Lost my 1.0 for a new 10 pound loss! Merry Christmas me! Now to keep it up for the next two weeks, or even lose another each week. I can do it.

No more elephants in the living room or kitchen. I will be true to me.

I will swim starting Jan 2 --- I deserve to feel 150%!

Yes, yes and yes! Smiler

I already bought a place in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, within walking distance of my friends. I am moving January 19th but will still be employed full-time by the Government until my retirement on May 31st. In between, I will be working from home in Delaware all but 1 day a week, when I will drive to the office in Virginia.

Congratulations Sheri! I will be praying for you during this transition! How exciting for you Smiler

Blessings,

Lori

I've had several goodbye and holiday lunches since I'm moving to Delaware in a few weeks and won't be here in the office full-time anymore. This is only going to happen once, and is a very special time for me, so I'm just letting it be and not sweating over it.

I was at my current lowest for several days, then ate out last night and am now one up. I'm good.

At my kids' school Xmas party earlier tonight, someone I haven't seen in a while came up to me and said "HOW much was it you lost?!" That felt good. Tomorrow I'm supposed to visit with relatives, and you can bet your last cent they won't say a word. That's family. Roll Eyes

199.0

Which is great since I spent the weekend trying to freeze off my knee. And not exercising much.

I'm good too but a bit closer to the top of my range than last week.
