I'm going to swim, I'm going to swim, I'm going to swim.

Sorry, just trying to stay accountable. It is cold, and I'm tired, but today is swimming day, and I'm going to swim. REGARDLESS.

Dawn

Enjoy the water! I think you will love it!

Take the opportunity to change one thing about yourself once a day be it large or small. Trying doesn't get anything done.

I went, I swam, I conquered.

I was 50m short on my work out because the pool was closing. I got there late because of traffic and then my work out got interrupted a LOT. First by DS, then by strangers.

There was an "accident" in the "play" pool. (There is a pool with water slides and fountains and things where the kids usually play. So, they had to close that pool and everyone was in the big pool and they only had 3 lanes blocked off for laps.

Anyway, I went anyway, and did most of what I went to do.

Be a fish! Find Nemo!

Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.

Go Dawn, Go Dawn, Go Dawn : )

I always have a hard time getting changed into my suit when it's freezing outside too but I always love it once I get into the pool. It's like a taste of summer all over again.

Go Dawn!!
I am sitting here battling with myself over whether or not to go workout!

You've inspired me-I will workout, I will workout, I will workout.
