I noticed in the "What's for Dinner Forum" you eat a Baigle Bar, I have never heard or seen these, is it an actual Baigle made into a bar form, and where do you buy it, is there a brand name or is it in the bakery department of your S.M. Oh, one more question, does it come in WW

Ok, here's the scoop. They are BB Bakery Energy Bars. There is ww flour in them but the first ingredient is 100% high gluten enriched flour and there's also bran and oat bran included. Has apples, raisins and walnuts. The nutrition stuff is per 76g bar: 216 calories with 36 from fat, .6 grams of sat fat with 4g fat total. Carbs are 37 total, 3g fiber, 5g sugars, protein is 8g and interestingly enough 13% dv of calcium. Here's the phone number if you want to call to see where else you might find them: 1-800-394-6777.
I will have to give you the full details about brand, nutrition, etc. when I'm at home with the pkg but they are the yummiest things I get at my Costco (warehouse shopping club, like Sam's Club). I remember them being pretty high in fiber (both because I think there is some whole grain flour and there are nuts and dried fruit in them) while still being reasonable calorie wise. Anyway, I'll get the pack out tonight and post more details. I haven't ever seen them in regular stores but I also haven't looked. I don't really like them unless I can toast them (but I don't love untoasted bagels either) but they are really yummy with almond butter.
