Seems odd that it's already Wednesday. Being off for Columbus Day has thrown off my week.

How's everyone doing this week?

I'm in range.

2. Schedule meals a week at a time.
3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

217 this week.

Today was my monthly weight & measurement day at Curves.

I have lost 4 lbs and 22 inches since July.
My body fat has gone from 49.5 to 46.4.


1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting"
2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
