I had some minor deviations but still did well with my calories.

I'm starting off this week down 1 pound so I'm happy with that. Especially since I'm pms-ing and puffy : )

I had a good day and stuck mostly to my plan. I added in a small handful of candy corn---- not at all worth it, but not too much damage either.

So I ended up closer to 1400 calories.

Here is my plan for tomorrow:
B: fruit smoothie
L: rice, salad and 2 oz turkey
D: I am still wanting my tea and toast- so I am going with it again tomorrow. (I can't wait for this cold to be completely over and for my tastes/food wants to get back to normal!)

The race was fun and a good workout, even though we didn't do very well.

For breakfast, I had my usual pre-race bagel with PB and banana. About an hour before launch, I ate another banana and a Z-bar. Lunch was cheese stick, fruit, mini-bagel and granola. But one of my teammates shared a bag of chocolate-covered pretzels, and I overindulged. For afternoon snack, I had dates and Wheat Thins (five of each).

Really don't know what we're going to do about dinner. DH is plotzed in front of the TV, watching a cooking show and NOT the Colts-Patriots game, which is driving me crazy. He's asleep, I think, but if I change the channel he'll get mad.

Updated to add: I made egg salad sandwiches in whole wheat pita pockets and dates wrapped in turkey bacon for dinner. Skim milk to drink. Simple, but not low-cal. It did, however, go a long way toward cleaning out my cupboards and fridge so I can shop cleanly tomorrow.

Finally home after a full day Big Grin.
We had breakfast at The Flying Biscuit. 1 Whole Wheat Biscuit, Turkey Sausage and some kinda cheese (cheddar, I think). Also had some of their Cranberry/Apple Butter.
Lunch was an Indian Taco made with fry bread, beans and cheese.
Sampled some Blackberry Cider, and Peach Cider. Both very good. Dena bought some of the Blackberry to make a pie with.
Had half a Chicken Salad Sandwich at Which Wich on the way home. We had planned to make dinner at home but I was driving directly into the setting sun and could not see at all so we stopped for dinner to let the sun set.
Walked and Walked and Walked at the festival.

I did my 60 minute class at the gym. I am glad to be back to exercise after most of a week off.

On track with food so far.

I am hitting the gym today- am feeling well enough to do a class, I think.

My food is logged. I am sticking to a 1200 calorie day. I know tomorrow and Tuesday will be higher because I am at work.
