This week my AVON Representative Newsletter said Suze Orman was on Twitter and would promptly answer question if you identified yourself as an Avon Rep so I followed the link to her Twitter page and clicked on "follow". Now my home page has hundreds of posts from her all the way back to April. I was not even on Twitter in April and I did not start following her till this week. I don't know when she finds time to work. I had over 100 posts just the first two days & then I quit counting them. And most of the updates are not even about finance...they are about Idol of all things which is something I am definately NOT interested in.
I don't follow her, but there are other people or organizations I've had to stop following because they were sending too many tweets. The news channel that I watch here in Rehoboth has a Twitter page so I thought it would be good to follow them to get late-breaking news but they send a ridiculous amount of stuff so I had to block them. Same with The Onion. Can't remember who else. I was just about to follow Brent Spiner (Data on Star Trek: TNG) when I heard thru the grapevine that he is an excessive tweeter, so that saved me blocking him. LOL
Ashton and Demi can be a little excessive, but they usually only tweet for a short period of the day so it's not too bad--plus their tweets are often entertaining or interesting.
