I'm the same. I managed to shed a totally new pound last weekend, but it came back way too quick!

I'm probably still about the same. I don't really know for sure anymore, because I have been drinking more water while working out (I roll out of bed and go exercise), so it's skewing my weight in the morning. I never remember to weigh in before I go exercise.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
