I went to Curves first thing and it is a good thing I did because we had such a crazy day that I did not get to the Y at all. I did a lot of walking in stores all day and I did walk up and down the hill we live on 6 or 8 laps before dinner.
1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
