We should come up with some kind of prize/celebration for when people break into the next "decade" with their weight.

Revised to add: And a super-special prize for people who break into a new "century."

I'm up 2. I knew I was bad this weekend, but I'm hoping some of it is water weight due to too much salt. We'll see next week. Extra time in the gym tonight!!

137.0 for me, which is lovely. I have been tri-training hard and finally it is showing. A few more pounds and I'll start trying to stick to it.

Good job everyone!

I don't know where I packed my scale. I haven't weighed myself in a two weeks I'd guess. Judging by the fit of my pants, I'm holding steady between 155 and 160. Would love to get down to 146 by September.

I'm down 1.5 from last week. I'm surprised after the meal I had on the fourth and my nachos and bacon, mud slide dinner last night!!

I'm at 152 this week. I knew I'd be up due to holiday weekend.

Last week: 153.2-4

This week: 152.8-153.0

Down slightly from last week, but down substantially from the weekend when I: a) forgot to take my meds one day (hence retained triple the fluid of usual) and b) ate out (not yet realizing that I'd forgotten to take the meds).

Yeah Jen!!!!

I'm the same as last week's weigh in which is still two pounds more than I should be (I had gotten back into my range on Friday and then blew it on the 4th).

Excellent job!!

I wasn't so lucky.. number was identical, BUT I'm taking my weigh in with a grain of salt because...
1) First time I weighed myself, it was in the morning, before food. This time it was at 9pm lol.
2) It was on a different scale
3) I began my womanly cycle yesterday sooo.. even though the number was the same, I believe I lost a little Smiler

I'll have to do another in a few days!
