I'm down 1/2 a pound since last week and 3 1/2 pounds since coming home from FL : )

I am down another 5 inches this week! That makes 17 1/2 total in 2 weeks from doing T-Tapp. Big Grin

I suspect that you have probably given yourself enough of a hard time.

Just posting this has probably already helped. You can do this. One thing that may help: I am reminded of a Tylenol commercial (oddly enough). Stop. Think. Then eat. It helps me if I just stop long enough to ask myself why I'm about to eat what is in front of me. Is it for nutrition, stress, boredom, frustration? It helps me make a choice rather than just be mindless.

I lost two pounds these past two weeks


This week my goals are to:
5 servings fruits and veggies
Get to 6 am by the end of the week
Exercise 5 days

Well I have gained about 2lbs. in the last 3 weeks. I haven't weighed for a while because I have been sick I am back on track though. So watch out scale next week.!!!

Tomorrow we will be in Fort Myers for 3 days. Next week I need to get back into the exercise every morning after I take the kids to school routine.

We decided to tow the boat up 4000ft in a snow storm. It was "fun". Big Grin

Last weigh-in before Kauai: 156.8 - 157.0

First weigh-in after Kauai: 161.6 - 161.8

Yesterday's weigh-in: 159.0

Today's weigh-in: 159.6 - 159.8 (thanks to dinner out last night)

I'm not happy to still be 3 pounds up from my pre-Kauai weight, but at least I have been able to come down from my heighest weight.


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
