I made KD's recipe for salmon cakes with dipping sauce(from the second book) for dinner, served with spring mix salad w/orange-balsamic vinegarette and a mix of roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes. YUM-I didn't have fish sauce for the dipping sauce but it was so delicious anyway, and after putting the salmon, ginger, etc into the food processor realized I didn't have eggs so i skipped the egg white-they were great anyway. For those of you who like salmon give these atry-it makes 8 patties, 2 patties/serving so I now have 6 patties left to freeze for future dinners! Jill
