sat and sun were just grat in terms of food. i got in more than one hour of exercise each day.
monday morning was a bust--i got to the gym but nobody opened the doors. so i could have slept longer had i known...oh well. i just ended up doing 20 push ups at home, and drove off to work. i have a clean food day planned so i should be fine as long as i am conscious and aware. today will be my recovery day from exercise since i went nonstop from last monday.
Goals: 1. Enjoy life! 2. Be aware, be awake, pay attention. 3. One word 2010: faith

Facing more than the usual number of challenges over the past few days: the most passive-aggressive MIL in the world, a kid with a cold who needs to be entertained, and too many leftovers in the fridge. Foodwise, doing as well as can be expected under the circumstances.
I also decided to complete the Concept 2 Holiday Challenge: Row 100,000 or 200,000 meters between Thanksgiving and Christmas (on the rowing machine only). I have more than 21,000 meters already, but to get to 200K I need more than 7,000 a day until Christmas. Good workout motivation!
I had a good, solid day today with my food plan. With work tomorrow, I need to stay focused on a plan: E: 30 minutes elliptical B: cereal and skim milk, apple L: brn rice, bean, veg S: skim milk tea D: quesadilla with veg and ff cheese, salsa
