This recipe is from "Delicious Living" magazine, the recipe is from Drs. James and Debra Rouse,ND thought it sounded really good! I haven't made them yet but plan to this wknd.
1lb. ground turkey brst meat
1/2 c. dried blueberries
1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
1Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
4 ww English Muffins, I actually found really good multigrain buns that I am using.
1.Pre-heat and lightly grease grill or skillet
2. Combine all ingredients except muffins
3. Mix thoroughly and form into 4 patties, grill on med-high for 5-7 min/side
4 Servings: each serving is 367 cal.,4g fat,1g sat. fat,8g fiber, 501 mg sodium.
If anyone makes these let me know how they turn out. I won't get a chance until Sunday to try them.
