Ok, I am on day three of exercising! This is a big step for me since I really don't like exercise BUT the feeling I have afterward is great and may be what motivates me to keep it up!!
Wednesday-The Firm Cardio Sculpt
Thursday-BeachBody Cardio Tape
Friday-1 1/2 hrs walking at a moderate pace(it is 62 degrees in January....very good for my motivation)

I've just 2 - 10 rounds on the treadmill since I'm new to it. I'm going to try and do anythere round later this afternoon. My goal is to 15 minutes in one shot and work up from there.

I actually managed to pull my lazy butt outta bed on possibly the coldest, darkest morning of the season, and do 20 minutes of dumbbells and the like.

Monday: Off - sick
Tuesday: Off - sick + lazybutt
Wednesday: Tamilee Webb upper body weights (30 mins.)
Thursday Overslept

Really doing pathetic this week. No way I'm meeting my cardio goal this week. But I'm trying not to beat myself up about it because I've really felt like crap for a week.

I spent most of the weekend bustin my booty to clean the house and my truck. I must say, the interior of the Cruiser never looked so fine!

Plus I found that I have the original Toyota tools! They were tucked behind one of the rear walls in the cargo area.

I'm trying to babystep back into exercise, after not doing it for about 2 months. Yesterday on the way home, I stopped by the track at the middle school and walked two laps. That's a 1/2 mile.

Funny, that's how I started exercising again about 3 years ago. I guess sometimes you just have to go back to the beginning.

I'd like to buy a jump rope sometime soon, so I can jump on the back patio in the morning.

My goal is to make it to the gym five times this week. I want to do three straight cardio sessions - usually run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I want to do two weight sessions with light cardio afterwards on the eliptical trainer.

I usually take two planned rest days - Sunday and Thursday. If I get super motivated, I might throw in an extra light cardio on Thursday. Or maybe some yoga. Who knows!

Well I am going to make my goal of at least 3 times to the gym at lunch. I want to aim for 4 but 3 is a good goal. I am not going to count the goal of the PHAT(Powerful Hips, Abs & Thighs) class that is on Tues and Thurs that I am aiming for last week I made it to the gym 2 times and one evening class on Tues. So I am aiming one more day.

I was excited on Friday to not only receive two new purchased exercise DVDs from amazon but also receive two rental exercise DVDs from Netflix--two are kickboxing workouts, one is target toning and one is cardio dance.

One of the workouts I purchased from amazon I had already done on rental (Kickbox Bootcamp). I have tried the other three workouts in the past two days.
