This article makes a very good point about increasing your fruit or veggie consumption. If produce is easy to see, reach, and eat (bite-sized) you will eat more of it. Where have we heard that before? Oh, yeah, from kd!! And even though you know there's candy there, you have another second or two to think about what you're about to do. Sometimes that extra second makes all the difference.

I'm laughing because opaque or clear, lid or no lid, my brain knows there's candy and it won't forget!
