Seems like the return-to-daily-homework has been successful. Who's ready to keep it going in March? February captains are free to keep their days or relinquish them, but we need at least six people to step up.
For newbies, being homework captain means committing to post an assignment on your day during that month. It can be a question about food or fitness, it can be a challenge to try something new or abstain from something, or it can be a fun get-to-know-you exercise. Your choice. No real rules, other than posting on your day.
We do homework to keep the board lively and make sure there's always at least one new post, and therefore a reason to check in, every day.
you can take my tuesday! i think i will bow out for march for now, and see how life is in april.
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
