I just got the results of my first post-weight-loss cholesterol test: Cholesterol 187 - "desirable" HDL 64 - "protective against heart disease" LDL 110 - "near optimal" Tryglycerides 67 - "normal" The above results are without taking any pills. My former doctor didn't say a word about controlling either cholesterol or blood pressure with diet and exercise. He was all about pushing pills.
Goal: Stop stress snacking.

| Good for you!
Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.
