I've never posted in this "virtual weigh-in" but think it's a good idea to keep me accountable. I am hanging around somewhere between 171 and 174. I cannot seem to budge the scale below 171, esp. after the holiday weekend. Hopefully my new goal of exercise 3x/wk will help! Jill

Still at 215 this week. I am walking more so that should take effect sometime. And I got some hand weights at Target over the weekend to hopefully build some upper body calorie burners (otherwise known as muscle ).

167 and not too happy about it! I came back from vacation aroun 166, but the salt factor was high yesterday. I know it is water weight, but I really want to be back at a solid 165 here soon!

Not sure how much if any of that 1/2-pound gain may be water retention from all the eating out in Philadelphia but I'm just happy that it's not any more than that! I think all the walking helped a LOT to keep the weight gain down.
