Umm...this is totally the wrong thing to say, but in colloquial Finnish "allit" (plural of alli) means "bingo wings" (after a set of famous wings worn by Mrs Alli Paasikivi, wife of one of our former presidents)... and in standard usage it means a kind of duck.
But before you jam my foot even farther down my mouth... I was named Puck... so I've gotten my share of giggles and I also have pretty impressive bingo wings!
