Weight 203 (I forgot to weigh first thing this morning so this was an hour and a half after I ate breakfast)

My mother threw a monkey wrench in my plans for the day (again) so I had dinner at Pickadilly Cafeteria instead of what I had planned. I had mac & cheese, field peas, whole kernal corn and a bowl of sliced peaches. I found the numbers for the corn and the peas on their website but had to use generic listings from fitday for the mac & cheese & the peaches so I don't really know how accurate they are to what I actually ate for dinner.
I went to the Y and tried to walk but just couldn't seem to get in the groove today. I had to force every lap and I rested more than 30 seconds between laps and even had to sit down part of the time but I did finally get in one mile. They had it really warm in there today and I guess I was still worn out from yeaterday.
I am enjoying reading your updates. Sorry it wasn't so pleasant today at the Y. You inspire me though to get out there and walk. DBF and I went for a walk today. We both bought new sneakers today and mine were making my legs hurt(not sure why, maybe because I've been walking in 5+ yr old sneakers and the new ones were "breaking in") but for some reason DBF was able to walk faster so he pushed me to my limit.
Keep up the good work. Keep in mind that you walked today!!! Even if you had to rest a lot, you still walked and you are doing great!
