I'm down 1/2 a pound from last week. I was up 2 on Monday from the weekend so I'm pleased that the scale is continue to move in the right direction.

I'm good. In range.

We had a GREAT lunch/dinner on Sunday to celebrate Mothers day and dh's job. I counted up 63 WW points. Eeker

So I'm way happy to be in range. Smiler

Last week: 162.0 - 162.2

This week: 161.8


Here I was SO bummed after my trip to the scale this morning because: 1) my weight was up a half pound or more from the last few days; and 2) I thought it was up from last week's Wednesday weigh-in. #1 is still true but I was encouraged to see that I'm actually DOWN from last week's weigh-in, which was a total shock!


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

154.....still haven't lost anything from the past several weeks, but I'm gradually incresing things at the gym, and sticking to my food plan, it will come off Smiler But I do believe I've lost some inches.....

172.6, I have been at this weight for almost two weeks now. Normally that would bother me but I have to say I am glad to not be gaining!

I'm up 4 to 275, but I am sure its mostly water retention. I'm going to check again in a couple of days
