I was wondering if any of you might use a guided meditation cd that you could recommend. I went looking but am overwhelmed at all the options and thought a recommendation might help me narrow the field. Thanks!

Speaking of music...

I washed my Shetland Sheepdog this morning, and he is currently being cage dryed. While he is being dryed, I always treat him to a little Billie Holliday.

I don't know of any guided ones but the CD titled "Debussy for Daydreaming" is an excellent CD for relaxation. (in my opinion). It's one of my favorite CDs.

I like to listen to Native American Flute Music.
I also like Yanni and John Tesh.

Sorry can't help you with the guided one - but for myself I love playing a George Winston CD ...... very calming and soothing.
