I have not been hiding, I have been almost living at my library. First we had the book sale and now I'm trying to make sure that our levy passes. I even, mistakenly, got an e-mail from the staff of the library to the staff of the library. I told the director that was probably o.k. as long as I didn't expect the paycheck!

I feel like dog doo-doo. I hope it's allergies, but I slept until about a half hour ago when ds asked me to take him to work.

To add to the misery, one of my best friends from NW Ohio died last Saturday. I didn't know she was sick (maybe she wasn't). I had noticed her e-mails had gotten fewer and farther apart.

Prior to our marriages, 23 years ago, we used to meet at my house on Friday and Saturday nights for what I called guinea pig dinners - something I had never made before. We ended the night by playing Trivial Pursuit or bridge or something.

I refer to a bunch of us as the class of 87 because almost all of us got married in 1987 - the almost got married in 88.

I'm going to have some soup and go back to bed!

Linda

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend Linda but I'm glad to see you posting.

Take good care of yourself!

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.
