I am trying to bring my breakfast most days, but there are those days (like today) where I was running really late. So, I found in the cafeteria in our office building I can get a breakfast burrito with loads of veggies (tomato, mushroom, onions, bell peppers and even spinach) no cheese and no meat. It is delicious and the high protein stays with me for a long time.

Also, all this for the same price as a fast food breakfast sandwich.

I was just excited to find this and wanted to share with others that would "get it."

That sounded so good, I made one for myself for breakfast! Thanks for the idea.

I love it when stuff like that happens! Always nice to have a healthy alternative at work.
