I have long whined on here about my family bringing in tempting Junk food into the house all the time. Well for the first time in the two years we have been in here; my mother bought light Ice cream. I also have to say I made the peanut butter truffles. I did dip them in chocolate. They were good. That was a big step for me. I brought them over to a friends house for dessert. They were even a hit with the kids. (3-5 years) no muss, no fuss. I wont say no mess. only my ds stayed clean and that is because I made some for him and my dh without the chocolate. michelle
