What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Over the weekend, I dug up two shopping bags (!) worth of dandelions, and there are still many more to go. I don't use weed killer, because I don't want to expose my precious furry to it.


Goal: Stop stress snacking.

Saturday: Powerwalk - about 35-40 minutes


What a gorgeous day! I love that it is Memorial Day weekend and I can still walk and feel a cool strong breeze instead of broiling to death in the first 10 minutes.

Friday: lawn mowing, the step-equivalent of 1.5 miles.

Thursday 1 hour water aerobics done.
I am packing my exercise clothes with the intention to hit the hotel gym at least once while I am gone.

Yesterday I spent about 3 hours gardening. Today my hamstrings are very sore.

Today 1 hour water aerobics done.
