Sheri, thank you for sharing such an important milestone! I love it! (and your jumpsuit is cute as hell!)
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.

I may have no choice financially, since I just don't know if I can manage to carry both my VA rent and bills and my DE mortgage and bills. I will be making up a budget over the next few weeks to figure it all out.
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

Congratulations! What a gorgeous home, even with someone else' furniture in it. When you get your own things in it, it's a castle. You are so very lucky, now enjoy it!
