Help!!! I am on a hen holiday in Vegas and I have gained 3 pounds. I have 4 days left and this has to stop. I have not been eating more than usual. But we have had to eat out for all of our meals. I don't understand what is going on. Any advice?
Please don't let this put a damper on your vacation. Go get some fruit and bottled water to keep in your room and ditch the scale! Have fun the rest of your trip. Kathy

Perhaps (??????) highly salted food is causing water retention.
I have a stupid question...
Did you take your bathroom scale?
Because weighing on a diff scale could make you 3 lbs off...
or an air plane flight?
or restaurant food?
I wouldn't worry...
Just make the best choices possible and have fun...

I'm sure you are walking a lot and if you are making healthy choices then it is just one weigh in and could be water retention.
Enjoy your time and don't weigh yourself anymore on vacation!!!!

One trick that helps me when I travel is order a non-fried appetizer and a soup or salad. It is really a normal size portion meal that way.

It could just be water retention as restaurant foods tend to be much saltier.
Keep making good choices, watch for hidden fats, and have fun!
