I just found this article on my Yahoo home page. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071211/ap_on_re_us/troops_mail_banMy bil told me the same thing at Thanksgiving when we were up there.

1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
