My mom has always said....Everything in moderation. If we lived our lives eating small amounts of all of the stuff we like, we wouldn't have obesity. I once heard Dr. Weil say something like "God made all of the food groups for a reason and never expected anyone to just pick one of them to live on." Our bodies need a little bit of everything!
My problem has always been the moderation part and trying to figure out what food group Tiramisu fits into?????!!!!!
