I remembered Big Grin!! I am not used to being the Wednesday person Smiler.

Pick two people that you know really well and tell what sound, color, and food do you think of when you think of them.

DS is easy -- his sound is any wild animal noise: growling, roaring, trumpeting. His color is red, and his food is Annie's shells and cheese.

DH is a little harder. His sound is any Grateful Dead tune, and his color is forest green. But his food? He has so many favorites and so many that he cooks really well. I guess I'll have to say paella, because it's the first thing he ever made for me.

My oldest son would be a cool shade of forest green, with a splash of yellow from the sunshine.
His sound would be calming music from an acoustic guitar. His food would be as many fruits and vegetables of the exotic kind I could fit in my cart.

My youngest son is a bright red, firey red, with a soft pink throw in for his hidden tenderness. His sound would be a LOUD BANGING drum, the louder the better, his food would be pizza, filled with all kinds of flavors, ingredients that the world has to offer.

Different as night and day, cats and dogs, but loveable as a sleeping puppy

It's never too late to get it right.

My Mom would be snoring (or the sound of sarcasm), dark forest green (nearly all the common rooms of her house use this color) and either bananas (she eats one every day) or pasta (which she pronounces PASS-ta).

My brother Michael would be this wry "heh-heh" laugh he does, bright tree/grass green (he is an avid gardener and has a huge, lush yard) and seafood (he lives on an island in Florida).

My best friend David would be his laugh (full of gusto and yet not loud and obnoxious), bold yellow (his car is yellow and he loves to wear that color as well), and pickled eggs (because he makes them just like my daddy!).

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

My mom would be dorky but endearing laughter (she has a guffaw-type of laugh) tied with a soft singing, the color would be light, soft green, the food would be ripe, sun-warmed tomatoes.

The boyfriend would be a rhythmic musical beat (he likes "urban" music), LOUD and BRIGHT yellow, like bright sunlight outside, and the food would be hot wings.

Oh heck, this is fun.

Dad would be snoring, burnt orange, and cheese. My brother would be an exasperated sigh, dark green, and Tabasco sauce.

Challenge Goals:
*10 minutes of unplanned exercise five times a week
*Gym time twice a week
*Socialize at least once every two weeks.

My dd would be little girl giggles, bright white and anything with cheese : )

My dh would be contented sighs, vibrant emerald green and seafood/ocean smeel for food.

My mother's sound would be that of fingernails on a blackboard, her color would be a solemn grey, and the food would have to be the sharp smell of vinegar.

My grandfather's sound would be that of laughter, his color would be the bright shiny brown of beautiful handmade woooden furniture, and the food would be freshly roasted peanuts fresh out of his oven.
