Weight 204

According to Fitday.
Calories consumed: don't know yet *
Calories burned: don't know **

*I had my usual breakfast of DanActive Light, a banana & 1 tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter.
We had a Red Hat Lunch Saturday at a wonderful little cafe called The Vineyard Cafe & Gift Shop, on the square in Marietta, Ga. The gift shop is on the first floor & the cafe is upstairs so I had to climb a lot of stairs to get there. I was out of breath as usual but recovered more quickly than usual (walking is paying off Wink).
I had a roasted asparagus quiche, a cup of homemade chicken soup, and sweet potato salad. This place is amazing and the food is "to die for" Big Grin and the service is absolutely wonderful. Everything is made fresh and nothing is fried. It is all baked. I have never heard of sweet potato salad before but it is like potato salad only made with sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes and it had white grapes chopped up in it. I don't think it was made with mayo but I did not ask. I did not have a sweet desert, I had a second helping of the potato salad for my desert Wink.
For dinner I had a turkey sandwich (which would have been lunch on a regular day.)
(Sunday we are eating all our meals at home.)

** Exercise. After our lunch, dd & I spent the afternoon touring several apartments she is considering moving into. I did get to the Y but there was only a half hour till they closed. Instead of just leaving, I went in and walked a half mile. Sunday I will not be able to get to the Y at all. They don't open till 1pm and by then I will be at my square dancing class & by the time I get home they will be closed but I will get plenty of exercise square dancing for 2 1/2 hours Big Grin.

Just sending my encouragement. You are staying super present to your food and exercise. Plus, you are focused and accountable. Way to go!
