I will tell you I was stuck in a BIG rut with working out. Until this week...

Monday-Played tennis with dh
Tuesday--Walked outside with dh
Wednesday--Yoga
Thursday--Day Off
Friday--Treadmill

Tomorrow we will be at my in-laws and dh and I usually go for a walk. I have packed some workout clothes, but I am SO pleased with my variety this week.

I am used to just doing the treadmill, but getting outside is something I LOVE! Is anyone else mixing up their workout because of the gorgeous weather?

Steph,
The variety sounds both good for you and really fun. I find that spring and summer are great for me in term sof exercise as I have outside options.

Up until I started being able to bike outside several weeks ago, I was stuck in a treadmill rut. In the last week, I've been on a DVD workout combined with my upper and lower body workouts from my trainer in an interval training format. It's been a refreshing change. Big Grin

I've been bike-less for 2 weeks because it needed to go to the brake doctor, and will be getting it back on Saturday. Just in time for snow. Mad Stupid Ohio weather... Frowner But, at least Leslie, Tammy Lee, and some of the Firm girls are helping me ride out the obstacles. (Pun intended.) Wink

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
