I was having some wonderful cantelope for dinner, and bit in to a seed....wrong thing to do. I have a front tooth that is missing a big hunk of it. AND there are no dentists in town who see patients on the weekend. Maybe, just maybe with jello, pudding, SF, and soup, I'll be able to drop a couple more pounds. But gosh! I hate going to the dentist.

It's never too late to get it right.

Oh Cathy! That's horrible! I'm so sorry to hear. Hang in there.

Good luck w/ the tooth thing! I have had that happen to me too. Those things (along w/ plumbing and other house issues) always happen on a weekend. By the way- there are several ways to fix. I have had mine bonded which works out well. You can get a veneer but it is much more expensive. You can't 'whiten' bonding though.

I have the best teeth in the family, and I think along with my joints this will be my downfall....what a way to start a weekend! Oh well, life goes on.

Yuck. I had a friend that broke a tooth on a soft piece of bread.

My dentist said that it is small hairline cracks in the tooth... and they start causing problems about age 50ish.

Sending best wishes to you!

Hope that you can get in to see a dentist this week and that it doesn't involve too much pain or money to get it fixed.

The "I lost a tooth" diet doesn't sound like much fun.

Oh no!!! That sucks Cathy!
Hope you can get that tooth fixed as quickly as possible.
