These are seriously my 7yo dd's favorite food! I made them last night, and even with a fever, she chowed down.

Thank you KD for creating kid-friendly healthy recipes!

After reading this post I asked my dd to go through the two CT books and pick out 6 recipes she would like us to try for dinner. I have made only a handful of the recipes and they have always been great but I want to start using them more often. My dd is picky and I know there are a lot of recipes she will not dig, but by letting her select them I am upping my chances she will like them. I am going to suggest these burritos to her.

I served the spicy chicken kabobs out of book 1 tonight. YUMMY! I will be making this one a bunch and looking forward to my leftovers for lunch. Smiler

I've been making more recipes from the cookbooks lately and it's hard to go wrong with any of them.

We love them too! We also absolutely adore the taco casserole! YUMMMMM YUMMMMMM But you know, my kids haven't turned their noses up at ANY of Kathleen's recipes. They've enjoyed all of them (with the exception of some of the slaw recipes, but I love those Smiler)

Blessings,

Lori

my entire family loved them as well. We have been working our way through both of the cookbooks and so far every recipe is a keeper.

Enjoy every minute!
