Last night, 30 min on the treadmill. I've neglected the ol' weights all week. Gotta make an effort to do them tonight.

I did 75 minutes of step class with lots of ab work. A GREAT class.

21 crunches last night and first thing this morning. I'm on a 3 day roll! yeah!

Did my crunches and chair sits, but the freezing rain was enough to convince me to skip my walk.

I am really crossing my fingers for an exercise bike.

I did 20 mins on elliptical. Need to scale back. Missing too many days.

Yesterday I did 20 min on the treadmill, 30 incline crunches, biceps, and hams.

Gym again tonight.

Was feelin blah on Friday, so I skipped the gym. Our soccer games got rained out on Sunday.

Was not planning on going to the gym tonight, but in light of those events, now I am.
