I was just washing my hands and inhaling the wonderful aroma of the hand soap I've been using the past few months, and thought it might be nice to share our favorites in this area. It doesn't have to be 5 things...just 1 or 2 will do.
My faves:
1. Dove Beauty Bar - I have dry, sensitive skin, and some soaps irritate my skin or dry it out even more. While I still use moisturizer when I get out of the shower (because my skin is severely dry), the Dove bar makes my skin feel better after a shower than most any bar soap I have used in the past.
2. SoftSoap Hand Soap: Black Raspberry & Vanilla - This is what I'm using in the bathroom right now, and it is got the most heavenly scent! It has a fine, silky lather.
3. SoftSoap Hand Soap: Kitchen Fresh Hands - I have been using this in the kitchen for a long while now, though it's not always easy to find. It is a citrus scent and has little beads in it that seem to give a burst of citrus. It helps take the smell of food prep (onions, etc.) off my hands.
4. Bath & Body Shop Bubblebath: Fresh Vanilla - I don't take baths nearly as often as I did when I lived in my Alexandria apartment but, when I do, this is still my #1 bubblebath. Unfortunately, when I made a recent trek to another town to go to B&BS, they are no longer making that scent, but they have one called Vanilla Noir that is very similar.
5. SoftSoap Nutra-Oil Body Wash - I go through phases where I will switch from bar soap to body wash and, when I do, this is the one I use. Love the silky fine foam and fragrance.

I can't do heavy florals, but I can do lavendar. I can't do many of the fruity scents and vanilla scent about kills me anymore. It used to be one of my favorites, and now it makes my head scream.

The only thing I can respond here, is that I do not do smells! Which gets touchy when proximate to others.
We use Suave (cheap, cheap) body wash and shampoo here partially because all 3 of us can use the same item. This means I buy something like "ocean breeze" so dh and ds don't smell flowery or fruity.
While I was working, dh did almost all shopping. When ocean breeze wasn't available he got vanilla. He isn't thrilled with it, but I don't think it's too bad.

I am too, though the effect they have on me is not migraines, but gastrointestinal distress. I guess I was surprised to see you list several lavendar-scented products, as I don't tend to think of those as mild in fragrance, but now I am more interested in trying the Lavendar & Chamomille-scented SoftSoap hand soap I have in the cupboard that I was going to put in the guest bath as I assumed it would be too much for me.
My reaction is generally to heavily-scented flowers and flower-scented perfumes, candles, etc. I can do most fruity scents (raspberry being my favorite) and can handle vanilla & coconut scents in some products.
I had a horrible reaction both times I went to a luau in Hawaii...even though they didn't put a "smelly" lei on me, they did put a real gardenia behind my ear (and everyone else's) and the smell of it on a hot night was too much for me.

I am extremely sensitive to fragrances (many trigger migraines for me) so keep that in mind when reading my list.
1. Trader Joe's Lavendar and Chamomile hand soap.
2. I also love Avalon Organics Lemon hand soap for the kitchen and the Lavendar for the bath, but it is on the pricy side.
3. Whole Foods 365 Lavendar Body Wash - A really great value too. The other fragrances are nice too.
4. Whole Foods Lavendar bath salts. At my Whole Foods they sell bath salts by the pound and you can mix frangrances if you like.
5. These are a bit more beauty product, but I love the BeautiControl Cell Block C moisturizers. They have a very light orange smell and they are great skin care products.
