I am so encouraged! I have been back to consistent exercise for 2 weeks now, and last week I weighed myself before leaving for vacation and had lost 4 pounds in one week JUST by being back to consistent exercise. AND I lost 1 pound over vacation, even though I ate stuff I normally wouldn't eat, as well as not drinking NEARLY enough water! Just through exercise! Now I know that my eating is pretty much "right there", I just have to stick with the exercise! Can't wait for fall. I have a new friend that lives 1/2 mile away, and we are planning on walking together with our children once the weather is cooler (It is simply TOOOO hot here).
